Maker Diary

Have you felt the need for a creative outlet that lets you use your hands to make something? I’ve found it to be a settling rhythm to start the day with do that I arrive fully focused, energised and ready to give my work just that little bit (or a lot) more than I did the day before.

This is a visual diary of a craft project I'm working on and the insights that emerge. I’m releasing it daily around 7am to offer the same rhythm for all.

In this project I'm repurposing a dusty compartment between the front seats in my old Toyota car, lining it with gold foil cardboard to house 3 objects I want to use for work trips. I know that just upgrading one aspect of my car to feel luxurious and purposeful is enough to uplift how I feel driving my car.

The new compartment will hold 3 objects:

1. Apple Earpods

2. A Lindberg sunglass case

3. A Waterman pen I bought in France.

It's an enriching project and you can follow the creative process of my Maker Diary on:
